Elisabeth Carpenter

Elisabeth Carpenter is the bestselling author of psychological thriller 99 Red Balloons , amongst other novels. She lives in Preston with her family. She has a BA in English Literature and Language, and has been writing fiction for over ten years. She loves living in the north of England and sets most of her stories in the area, including the novel she is writing at the moment.
