The suspense is epic in Kathryn Croft’s latest novel. The fear and dread she generates is for me what makes her one of THE best thriller writers. The shocks just keep coming and the ending is just how I wanted to it to be. It’s just perfect.Postcard Reviews

A powerhouse of emotions . . . Put simply, it’s wickedly engaging, and one I’d absolutely recommend.’ Little Bookness Lane

‘This book really surprised me. Considering the fact that I have read more thriller books and watched more thriller/mystery shows than I can count I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact that nothing could surprise me any more. Guess what?? This book has taught me there are still books out there in the mystery genre that could surprise me . . . I would recommend this book to all the mystery lovers out there. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a thriller/mystery genre book this much.’ Nair the Critique

It's a pacey read and keeps you on your toes but you need a suspension of disbelief as the plot is rather unbelievable. Also, I don't know if I've just read too many thrillers but I worked out the big twist early on. Overall it was an OK novel but too far fetched to be truly satisfying

I expected more on this book... The reviews were mostly fabulous and I was expecting the book to be much more... Just that there's too many loose ends on the book and possibly some things that can't be possible in real life...
