About this ebook

‘I loved this book… I was hooked and couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen next… to say I devoured this book is a little bit of an understatement… What a great book!’ Dark Twisty Books

Suzanne Tyler barely knew her father. But when she’s given a series of secret diaries and eight mysterious photographs of women from his possessions, she knows she won’t be able to rest until she knows the truth about him.

To Suzanne’s shock, one of the photos is of her friend Sophie, who died ten years ago in an unexplained and devastating fire.

But Don only met Sophie once, on an unsettling visit he paid Suzanne just days before Sophie’s death... So why did he have a picture of her?

Unable to let Sophie’s memory alone, Suzanne begins to dig into her father’s life. What horrors is she about to unearth in his diaries? And who is it that’s out there, watching her every move?

Chilling and utterly page-turning, The Serial Killer’s Daughter is a compelling thriller, perfect for fans of C.L. Taylor, Rachel Abbott, and Tom Bale.

i was intrigued enough with the free sample to end up buying the book. i did initially enjoy it but what was once a real 'must read more' book turned into a boring hard to read slog. It started as a mystery/crime book but turned into a muddled yawn inducing bloodfest. The killer was pretty pathetic in the end and was more of a slasher type than a serial killer.. the murders he gets away with are too hard to believe. In the end, he is nothing more than a bog standard w*nker. i expected more from this book,

Not a bad read if you want to pass the time, but certainly didn't grip me and took a couple weeks to finish because of it. Few errors that were annoyingly overlooked making some parts confusing for the reader to follow without reading it back. The ending is way, way too long, the last chapter could have been scrapped easily, I had to force myself to finish in hope there might be a reason it dragged on so long. There wasn't.

Wasn't finished with my review.. the serial killer impulsively kills young women and has this obsession a jealousy of his children a whole different psychology going on here. There would be no reason for him to murder his daughters husband as he hadn't seen the paintings yet to enrage him and he's broken into her home before and the ex wife's home and not killed the men. He isn't a man killer. Why would this change? He could sneak out? That threw me.
