Publisher Claire Bord acquired US eBook rights for three titles, A Vintage Wedding, A French Affair and A Secret Garden from Bill Hamilton at AM Heath.

Katie Fforde has written over twenty bestsellers and has sold in excess of 3 million copies worldwide. Bookouture published A Summer at Sea, Summer of Love and Recipe for Love in the US last year.

Claire Bord said of the deal:

Last year, Bookouture sold over 2.5 million copies in the US, achieving eleven Kindle top tens including a no.1 bestseller. It’s a huge market for us and one in which we are continuing to build momentum for our authors. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Katie’s much-loved novels to her growing US audience.

I do hope these books, full of English eccentricity and plenty of romance, hit the spot with US readers.  I love working with Bookouture.
