Commissioning Editor Helen Jenner has acquired world rights for three books in a new Scottish-set detective series from crime author Kerry Watts.

The first book will be published in April 2019, with the other two books following in August 2019 and December 2019.

Helen said of the announcement,

I am delighted to be working with Kerry on this exciting new series. I read the first book in a day and was utterly gripped by her brilliant plotting. Kerry is a great writer and crime readers are in for a treat with this new series.

Kerry said,

I’m so pleased to have signed with Bookouture. I was completely blown away by Helen’s response to my first book and I’ve had to pinch myself several times to make sure I wasn’t dreaming! I can’t wait to see my books published. It’s daunting but so exciting at the same time.
