We’re thrilled to announce that Bookouture have signed a new three-book contract with women’s fiction writer Karen Clarke, author of The Beachside Sweet Shop, The Beachside Flower Stall and the forthcoming The Beachside Christmas. The Seashell Cove series, which centres around three friends, a bakery, a coffee shop and a cottage in a cosy seaside village, will publish in March, June and October 2018.

Commissioning Editor Abigail Fenton said of the deal,

Karen’s books are always the perfect antidote to a rainy day or gloomy mood. Her Beachside series was packed full of charm, humour and romance, and I’m delighted that we have a new series coming from Karen for 2018. I cannot wait to read more from her.
