Bookouture sign Jennifer Harvey

We are delighted to share the news that Commissioning Editor Cara Chimirri has acquired World All Language rights for three books from debut novelist Jennifer Harvey. Combining elements of psychological suspense and domestic noir, Jennifer’s books deliver addictive, dark women’s fiction that will be sure to keep readers turning the pages late into the night. 

Jennifer has previously published short stories and flash fiction and was longlisted for both the Bath Novel Award and Exeter Novel Prize in 2017. Her debut novel, publishing in June 2020, follows a mother and daughter as their annual holiday to the family beach house in Montauk takes a dark turn. As the secrets that lurk beneath the surface of their picture-perfect lives are slowly revealed, they will learn how far they are willing to go to protect the ones they love. This will be followed by two more titles in November 2020 and May 2021.
