Hood in a three book World rights deal for a new US-set crime series.
Don’t Tell a Soul is the first book in a new crime series featuring Sheriff Jenna Alton and her deputy David Kane. It will be published in November 2017 with two more books following in 2018.
Commissioning editor Helen Jenner said,
I was thrilled when I picked up the manuscript for Don’t Tell a Soul. As soon as I began reading, I knew I wanted to publish this book. D.K. Hood has created two incredibly strong and intriguing characters in Alton and Kane and put them in the middle of an atmospheric small town in Montana. With great writing and a thrilling plot, I think crime readers are going to love Alton and Kane for many books to come.
D.K. Hood added,
Writing crime fiction is an exciting adventure for me but nothing could top the thrill of receiving an offer for my first submission from Bookouture.
We do hope you will join us on Facebook and Twitter to celebrate.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
