Bookouture sign bestselling author Emily Shiner for two new psychological thriller novels

We are so excited to announce that Commissioning Editor Kelsie Marsden has acquired world, audio and film/TV rights for two new psychological thriller novels from bestselling author Emily Shiner. Both titles will publish in September 2023.
