We are delighted to share the news that Bookouture is thrilled to announce a new four-book contract with crime author, Sheryl Browne. Associate Publisher Helen Jenner has acquired world all languages, including audio, film & TV rights, to four psychological thrillers, which will be published in 2025 and 2026.

Helen said,

‘Sheryl Browne continues to blow me away with her gripping plots and absolutely jaw-dropping twists, so I am over the moon to be signing her for more wonderful psychological thrillers. She always delivers books that readers can’t put down, and I can’t wait to see what they think of her next four books.’

Sheryl said,

‘I’m delighted to continue with the fabulously supportive team at Bookouture on four more psychological thrillers. What a brilliant way to start the year! Working with Helen, whose passion is infectious and so incentivising, is an absolute pleasure. I couldn’t be happier.

We are also thrilled to announce that Publishing Director Natasha Harding has struck a deal for World All Language and audio rights for a new psychological suspense novel by bestselling author Laura Elliot.

Natasha said,

‘I’m so proud to be publishing a new novel by Laura Elliot. Her suspenseful writing is compelling and gripping; she writes complex characters and relationship dynamics in such a convincing and absorbing way. I can’t wait to share her latest story with readers!’

Laura said,

‘Each book I write for Bookouture is a new experience that introduces me to a different cast of characters with lives that are dark, complex, and exciting. What never changes is the warmth of my relationship with the Bookouture team.

Once again, it’s a delight to work with my editor, Natasha, whose support I appreciate, alongside her insightfulness and editorial professionalism. I’m looking forward to introducing my eighth Bookouture published psychological thriller to my readers.’

Bookouture is also delighted to sign up another psychological thriller by Tríona Walsh. Commissioning Editor Jayne Osborne acquired World All Language, Audio and Film & TV rights for a psychological thriller publishing in October 2024.

Tríona’s debut novel, The Snowstorm, sold in eight languages including a major German deal, where it went on to be a bestseller in paperback.

Jayne said,

‘Trìona is the most fantastic author to work with, and I am thrilled to be publishing another novel with her. This new book combines another brilliantly atmospheric setting with more break-neck twists and turns. I can’t wait for readers to get their hands on it!’

Triona said,

I’m very excited to be working again with Jayne and the whole Bookouture team. They’re a fantastic crew to have on this publishing journey. I can’t wait to bring readers another exciting twisty thriller – this one will be my twistiest one yet!’
