We’re delighted to share the news that Commissioning Editor Rhianna Louise has acquired World All Languages, audiobook, film and TV rights for four emotional, atmospheric and uplifting novels from bestselling author Rebecca Alexander.

Packed with healing, heartbreak, secrets and stunning descriptions of the rugged English countryside, readers will be utterly swept away by this new series, which will launch in 2025.

Louise said,

‘It is such a joy to work with Rebecca, she is an immensely talented author brimming with creativity and expertise. Her incredible success with a growing global fan base and multiple translation deals is so well-deserved. The sense of beauty and magic Rebecca weaves into her prose is truly exquisite; she skilfully depicts the dreamiest of settings, weaving in fascinating historical details and creating characters as vivid as your own family. It’s been so exciting to plan this series set in windswept Dartmoor. We’re going to have intriguing family secrets, a returning cast of loveable locals, wartime history, a dash of romance and of course brilliant female leads in each book. I can’t wait for the first draft to land in my inbox! I’ll never get tired of her gorgeous descriptions and the heart-wrenching emotion she pours into her writing. I’m so proud to be working with Rebecca and can’t wait to see this new series soar.’

Rebecca said,

‘It’s great to be able to write four more women’s fiction books for Bookouture with my wonderful editor, Rhianna Louise! Finding the stories of women struggling against an ancient and beautiful landscape during a world war is great, and the conflict has left a lasting imprint on the lives of women in the present day. I’m looking forward to building new stories with Rhianna, who is a pleasure to work with and is such an imaginative collaborator.

We are also thrilled to announce that Associate Publisher Jess Whitlum-Cooper has acquired World English Language rights for an emotional and heartfelt women’s fiction novel from Catherine Miller, which will publish in autumn 2024.

Jess said,

‘I am so pleased to have another book from Catherine Miller coming to the list! And I can’t wait for readers to discover her next gripping women’s fiction read.’

Catherine said,

As always, I’m delighted to be working with Bookouture on an exciting new novel! Jess is really good at getting the best out of me so I’m excited for this one to make it to readers under Bookouture’s excellent care.

In even more brilliant news, we are also excited to share that Publishing Director Natasha Harding has agreed a deal for World All Language and audio rights to two new historical fiction novels by bestselling author Debbie Rix.

Natasha said,

Debbie said,

‘I’m delighted to be pushing more stories with Bookouture! They have supported my work from the start and I can hardly believe that with their help I’ve now published eight historical novels.
