Following the huge success of The Little Cottage on the Hill series this year, Associate Publisher Jessie Botterill has signed a new world rights deal with Emma Davies for three women’s fiction novels to be released in 2019. The House on Hope Corner will publish in March, followed by two more standalones, and promises all the same feel-good magic we have come to expect from this extremely talented author.

Jessie says,

Every time Emma delivers a new book I just have this huge smile on my face before I’ve even started reading; expect unforgettable characters, emotional rollercoasters, sweep-you-off-your-feet romance and happy endings that leave you with a little spring in your step. Emma is an absolute treasure and I’m so excited for next year!

Emma says,

Working with the amazing team at Bookouture over the last year has been an absolute joy, so I’m thrilled to have signed a new contract for another three titles. Not only does it mean that I get to continue working with my wonderful editor, Jessie Botterill, but I also get to share stories that I love to write with even more readers. It’s a perfect combination, and I can’t wait to see what the year ahead brings.

In more great news Associate Publisher Isobel Akenhead has signed a deal for world rights in two further novels from Emma Robinson. The first, A Promise To My Daughter, tells the emotional story of a mother grappling with her child’s autism diagnosis, and will publish in July 2019, followed by a second novel later in the year.

Emma Robinson is an incredible talent. Her ability to get to the heart of how women, especially mothers, feel when they’re under pressure is second-to-none. She has a fantastic relatable, powerful commercial voice, and I’m delighted she’s staying with Bookouture for what promises to be an absolutely stand-out novel.
