Bookouture are delighted to announce that we have re-signed a contract with TV presenter and author Julia Roberts. Commissioning Editor Ruth Jones has acquired world rights for two women’s fiction novels.
Ruth says,
‘I am so delighted to be working again with Julia Roberts, who is incredible at crafting characters that feel like real people, emotional dilemmas that tug on your heartstrings and twists that make you gasp out loud. Her heart-wrenching stories have all the tension of a thriller, and I am so excited to be bringing out two more!‘
Julia says,
‘I’m delighted to be re-signing with Bookouture. They’re a great team who always make me feel valued as an author. I’m looking forward to introducing two new casts of characters in the books.‘
We are also delighted to share the news that we have acquired three more novels from cosy crime author Merryn Allingham. Commissioning editor Ruth Jones acquired World All Language rights to three Flora Steele mysteries.
Ruth says,
‘The Flora Steele series is incredibly beloved, and we are so excited to be bringing out three more page-turning mysteries. Readers will be delighted to see Flora ad Jack face some of their most puzzling crimes yet, and I couldn’t be happier working with Merryn to continue this irresistible series.’
Merryn says,
‘I’m delighted to be working once more with Ruth and the Bookouture team on three new Flora Steele Mysteries. Publishing with Bookouture has been the best experience an author could wish for. Seriously impressive!’
