Lydia Vassar-Smith will be joining the team as Associate Publisher on 12th October. Lydia has been working in the industry for over ten years, working at Transworld, Michael Joseph and most recently Avon where she published bestselling authors such as C L Taylor and Michele Gorman.

I’m incredibly excited to be joining the talented team and brilliant authors at Bookouture.
Natalie Butlin has joined us as Publishing Executive. Natalie spent three-and-a-half years as an assistant agent at Christine Green Authors’ Agent, where she had the privilege of working with authors such as Maeve Binchy and Christie Watson. Previously she taught and provided editorial support at the Complete Creative Writing Course and interned at Johnson and Alcock, Random House Children’s Books and Transworld.
