Bookouture acquire new novels from Allingham and Ryan
Bookouture signed new contracts with cosy crime author Merryn Allingham and bestselling historical fiction author Shari J. Ryan, with new books publishing in 2027.
We’re excited to announce that Associate Publisher Lucy Frederick has signed World All Language rights deal in a new three-book contract for three more cosy crime novels in the Flora Steele series from Merryn Allingham. The fifteenth book in the series will be coming January 2027.
Lucy says,
‘Cosy crime fans adore the Flora Steele mysteries and I am absolutely delighted to be publishing three more daring, page-turning adventures for Flora and Jack. We’ll be whisking readers to Egypt for the next book, and I know Merryn’s readers will stay up all night to unravel their most puzzling crimes yet. We’re also delighted to announce that Frederick has acquired World All Language rights in a new three-book deal for three beautiful, heart-wrenching World War Two timeslip novels based on true stories, from USA Today bestseller Shari J. Ryan. The first inspiring story in the contract will publish in February 2027.
