Valerie Keogh

Born in Dublin to a large family, her mother was a keen Agatha Christie fan so these were the first adult novels she read. Valerie qualified as a nurse and still works as a nurse, though she also obtained a degree in English and a Master’s in American Literature, both from UCD, Dublin.

She moved to the UK in 2006 with her English husband and started to work as a nurse, but writing was what she really wanted to do. Once she finally started she hasn’t stopped and currently has nine novels self-published on Amazon. Joining Bookouture has been a dream come true.
