Claire Lunn
Claire Lunn has always been drawn to the darker side of life, be it through human psychology or the supernatural. She is fascinated by what makes humans tick; what brings them together and what scares them in equal measure. She has had a life-long love of the written word and is an English teacher by trade, with a specialism in teaching teenagers with mental health issues. She has lived in and around Portsmouth all of her life and can’t imagine living anywhere else; the sea is in her bones. She also likes to collect rocks, draw fantastical creatures and watch horror movies. Claire currently lives in Portsmouth with her husband, two teenage daughters and two cats.
Claire has previously published two horror novels, Predator X and Nine Eyes, with Severed Press as CJ Waller, and a YA novel, Fugly, with Carolrhoda Lab Books as Claire Waller. She was long listed for the Bram Stoker award in 2014.
